എന്താണ് SMAM പദ്ധതി?
ഭാരത സർക്കാർ കൃഷിമന്ത്രാലയവും കേരള കാർഷിക വികസന കർഷക ക്ഷേമവകുപ്പും സംയുക്തമായി നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്ന പദ്ധതിയാണ് കാർഷിക യന്ത്രവത്കരണ ഉപപദ്ധതി (SMAM). ചെറുകിട യന്ത്രങ്ങൾ മുതൽ കൊയ്ത്ത് മെതിയന്ത്രം വരെയും വിള സംസ്കരണവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഡ്രയറുകൾ, മില്ലുകൾ തുടങ്ങിയവയും ഈ പദ്ധതി വഴി ഏതൊരു കർഷകനും കർഷക ഗ്രൂപ്പുകൾക്കും 40% മുതൽ 80% വരെ സാമ്പത്തിക സഹായത്തോടുകൂടി സ്വന്തമാക്കാൻ സാധിക്കും.
കർഷകർക്ക് എങ്ങനെ ഈ പദ്ധതിയിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കാം?
പദ്ധതി പൂർണ്ണമായും ഓൺലൈൻ വഴിയാണ് നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്നത്. https://agrimachinery.nic.in/Index/Index എന്ന വെബ്സൈറ്റ് വഴി ഏതൊരു കർഷകനും സ്വന്തം ആധാർ നമ്പർ, പാസ്പോർട്ട് സൈസ് ഫോട്ടോ, ഭൂനികുതി അടച്ച രസീത്, ബാങ്ക് പാസ്ബുക്ക് എന്നിവ ഉപയോഗിച്ചു സ്വന്തമായി തന്നെ പദ്ധതിയിലേയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കുവാൻ സാധിക്കും. വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ Registration ലിങ്കിൽ കയറി ആവശ്യമായ വിവരങ്ങൾ സമർപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം പ്രൊഫൈൽ വഴി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട രേഖകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുക. തുടർന്ന് യന്ത്രങ്ങൾക്കായുള്ള അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ച് അംഗീകരാം ലഭിക്കുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് ഓൺലൈനായി ഡീലറെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത ശേഷം യന്ത്രങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്. ഭൗതിക പരിശോധന കഴിയുന്നതനുസരിച്ച് സബ്സിഡി കർഷകന്റെ ബാങ്ക് അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ ഓൺലൈനായി ക്രെഡിറ്റ് ആവുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ഈ പദ്ധതിയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് കർഷകൻ/കർഷക ഗ്രൂപ്പുകൾ യാതൊരു സർക്കാർ ഓഫീസുകളിലും പോകേണ്ടി വരുന്നില്ല.
