എള്ളിന്റെ ഗുണങ്ങള്‍ പലത്; വേനലിലും മഴയിലും കൃഷി ചെയ്യാം

വളരെയേറെ പഴക്കമുള്ള കൃഷിവിളകളിലൊന്നാണ് ഒരു വാര്‍ഷികസസ്യമായ എള്ള്. ഇന്ത്യയിലുടനീളം എവിടെയും കൃഷിചെയ്യാവുന്ന ഒന്നാണിത് ഏതുകാലാവസ്ഥയിലും വിളവുതരും എന്നതാണ് എള്ള് കൃഷിയുടെ മേന്മ.എള്ളിനങ്ങള്‍ മുന്നുതരം. വിത്തിന്റെ നിറം കറുപ്പ്, വെളുപ്പ്, ചാരനിറം എന്നിവ. പണ്ടുമുതൽക്കേ നാം എള്ള്‌ പലവിധ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾ ക്കായി ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വരുന്നു.എള്ളെണ്ണ പാചകത്തിനും തേച്ചുകുളിക്കുന്നതും നല്ലതാണു ഉത്തരേന്ത്യയിലും ദക്ഷിണേന്ത്യയില്‍ ചില ഭാഗത്തും ആഹാരം പാകം ചെയ്യാന്‍ എള്ളെണ്ണ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു. കാലിത്തീറ്റയായ് എള്ളിൻപിണ്ണാക്ക്‌ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു. വളരെയേറെ ഔഷധഗുണമുള്ള ധാന്യമാണ് എള്ള്. ഇതില്‍ പലതരം അമിനോ ആസിഡുകള്‍, കാത്സ്യം, വിറ്റാമിന്‍ എ, ബി തുടങ്ങിയവ അടങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്നു. ഇതു ചര്‍മ്മത്തിനും മുടിക്കും ബഹു വിശേഷമാണ്. കാഴ്ച, ശരീരപുഷ്ടി, ശക്തി, തേജസ് എന്നിവ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നു. ചര്‍മ്മ രോഗങ്ങളെയും വ്രണങ്ങളെയും നശിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. എല്ലിന്റെ ഉറപ്പിനും, അര്‍ശസിനും ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു.പണ്ടുമുതൽക്കേ കേരളത്തിൽ എള്ള് കൃഷി ചെയ്തിരുന്നു കൊയ്ത്തട്ടുകഴിഞ്ഞ പാടത്തു പ്രദാനമായും എള്ളുവിതയ്ക്കുന്ന പതിവുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. താഴ്ന്ന പ്രദേശങ്ങളിൽ ഡിസംബർ – ഏപ്രിൽ മാസങ്ങളിലും കരപ്പാടങ്ങളിൽ ഓഗസ്റ്റ് – സെപ്തംബര് മാസങ്ങളിലുമാണ് കൃഷികാലം.കാരെള്ള് , വട്ടെള്ള്, പനിക്കുടപ്പൻ, കുട്ടനാടൻ, വെള്ളെള്ള്, വലയ എള്ള്, ചെറിയെള്ള് എന്നിവയാണ് എള്ള്്് വിത്തിലെ നാടൻ ഇനങ്ങൾ. കായംകുളം-1,കായംകുളം -2, സോമ എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന എസിവി-1,സൂര്യ എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന എസിവി-2, തിലക് എന്ന എസിവി-3 എന്നിവയാണ് പ്രധാന വിത്തിനങ്ങൾ.നല്ല നീർവാർച്ചയുള്ള മണ്ണാണ് എള്ള് കൃഷിക്ക് അനുയോജ്യം. കാലിവളം, മണല്‍, മണ്ണ്, വേപ്പിന്‍പിണ്ണാക്ക്, കുമ്മായം എന്നിവ നന്നായി ഇളക്കിച്ചേര്‍ത്തതിനു ശേഷം വിതയ്ക്കാവുന്ന താണ്.നന്നായി ഉഴുതു കട്ടയുടച്ച മണ്ണിൽ ഹെക്ടർ ഒന്നിന് 4 -5 കിലോഗ്രാം വിത്ത് മണലുമായി ചേർത്ത് വിതയ്ക്കുക അതിനുശേഷം മണ്ണിട്ട് നിരത്തി വിത്ത് മണ്ണിനടിയിൽ വരുത്തണം. ജലസേചനം അധികം ആവശ്യമില്ല എങ്കിലും ഇടയ്ക്കു നനച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്നത് വിളവ് കൂട്ടും .രണ്ടുമീറ്റര്‍ പൊക്കമാണ് എള്ളിന്റെ ചെടിക്കുണ്ടാകുക. ഇലകളുടെ അരികുകള്‍ ചെത്തു കളോട് കൂടിയതായിരിക്കും.മനജയും വെള്ളയും നിറത്തിലുള്ള പൂക്കൾ ആണ് ഉണ്ടാകുക. കായ്കൾ നാല് വശങ്ങളുള്ള പയർ വിതുപോലെ കാണപ്പെടുന്നു. കൃഷിക്ക് ജൈവ വളമോ രാസവളവും പ്രയോഗിക്കാം .വിത്തുകൾ മഞ്ഞനിറമാകുമ്പോൾ ചെടികൾ പിഴുതെടുക്കാം കുറച്ചു ദിവസം അതേപടി സൂക്ഷിച്ചു വച്ചതിനു ശേഷം വടികൊണ്ട് തല്ലി എള്ള് ശേഖരിക്കാം. ഇങ്ങനെ കിട്ടുന്ന എള്ള് മൺപാത്രത്തിലോ ഭരണിയിലോ സൂയക്ഷിച്ചു വച്ചാൽ ഒരു വര്ഷം വരെ വിത്തിനായി ഉപയോഗിക്കാം.

    I think that everything said made a lot of sense.
    But, think about this, what if you were to create a killer
    post title? I am not suggesting your content is not solid.,
    however what if you added something to maybe grab people’s attention?
